IPSA Institute, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina is private and independent consulting company. Since its foundation in 1958, IPSA Institute has successfully carried out more than 7400 studies and designs.

IPSA Institute has 25 years of international experience in all relevant fields. Since 1995 IPSA participated in the realization of many rehabilitation programs and projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina (rehabilitation of roads, bridges, railways, energy sectors, hotels, schools, water systems, sewage systems and other buildings). Currently, IPSA employs 120 permanent and part-time consultants. IPSA has a number of interdisclipinary teams composed of engineers, economics and scientists to develop the best solutions related to infrastructure. IPSA Institute is registered in some important international registries for consultancy services. Therefore, IPSA Institute has competence for project management and staff capability to carry out highly complexed pojects.

IPSA is registered as acceptable company in the World Bank, European Bank for Development and reconstruction, European Commission (PHARE and TACIS) and Kuwait fund.
Working on realization of PHARE studies in domain of transport infrastructure, IPSA realized cooperation with 27 consulting companies from European Union.
IPSA has universities professors from Traffic Faculty, Civil Engineering Faculty and Architectural Faculty in its’ team.
In the last 49 years IPSA participated in realization of all important infrastructure projects in BIH and neighboring countries.
