Independent institution and business unit of IPSA Institute for energetics and communication technologies- IPSA ENICOM, acts in these areas in three main directions: 

• RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: IPSA ENICOM will perform fundamental and application research in area of energetics and communication technologies. Further, the active cooperation with leading science and research institutions and companies will be achieved.
• DESIGN: IPSA ENICOM will work on project realisation in all designing phases – preparation of Conceptual design, Preliminary and Main designs.
• CONSULTING: IPSA ENICOM will provide consulting services to clients in phases of investment/project defining and planning, prepare feasibility studies and techno-economics studies, provide customer support in preparation of tender documentation, manage the project realisation and provide surveillance services while work is performed.
