In cooperation with colleagues from other departments, ITES is able to provide “packet” service for different clients, which is the part of whole documentation necessary for phase project realization and project management. The most common users of ITES services are public institutions for transport (Ministry for transport, Offices for roads, Railways, etc.), international institutions (EIB, EBRD,WB, EC, etc.) and other clients from public sector.

Experts from our department provide different modes of technical assistance for public institutions representatives, which is necessary for support and promotion of certain projects in transport sector. The best example for this is Corridor Vc Motorway project. All employees speak at least one of foreign languages (English,German and France), and are also qualified for use of many computer applications necessary for studies and researches works. ITES’s employees are active on University of Sarajevo and closely collaborate with different professional societies in Europe and World.
